John performed the inspection on our house and was exceptional in all aspects, starting with the moment I first made contact with him. He was very responsive to my initial questions before booking the appointment. On inspection day, my husband and I arrived 20 minutes early and found that John was already there performing his review of the exterior. Once he completed his inspection, he took his time to show us each area of the house, explain in great detail any deficiencies and solutions for addressing those areas. He was patient with us and it was clear to see that he cared about ensuring that no area of the house was left uninspected or unexplained. He even mentioned that we could reach out to him with questions even after we moved into the house, which was a level of service above and beyond and so reassuring as a first time homeowner. Once the inspection was completed, the final report was sent to us that very night.
