John performed the inspection on our house and was exceptional in all aspects, starting with the moment I first made contact with him. He was very responsive to my initial questions before booking the appointment. On inspection day, my husband and I arrived 20 minutes early and found that John was already there performing his review of the exterior. Once he completed his inspection, he took his time to show us each area of the house, explain in great detail any deficiencies and solutions for addressing those areas. He was patient with us and it was clear to see that he cared about ensuring that no area of the house was left uninspected or unexplained. He even mentioned that we could reach out to him with questions even after we moved into the house, which was a level of service above and beyond and so reassuring as a first time homeowner. Once the inspection was completed, the final report was sent to us that very night. I was very appreciative John's exceptional level of service and feel thankful he was able to walk us through our first home inspection!

His process was organized, thorough, and efficient. He was open to us asking questions and was able to explain things in simple terms for someone like myself & my partner who are not handy at all. He is very familiar with some of the nuances of Baltimore city homes. Luckily there were not huge red flags on our prospective home, but he provided some tips and pointers on how we can prioritize the small things that we should do upon moving in. John has ABSOLUTELY earned that status. We were scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived at approximately 8:50 and he was already outside. He remained professional and friendly 100 % of the time. Every step of the way I was kept informed. Everything noted and mentioned was very detailed and accurate. Anything needing to be documented was, and was done so thoroughly. At the same time, everything was explained in person very well as to whether or not something was a serious issue or not. Absolutely phenomenal. John, thank you for being so meticulous and dedicated.
